Bayou Classic stainless Jet Cooker features a 14-inch diameter cooking surface on an 11.5" tall welded frame which provides a low center of gravity to better support large size stockpots, plus enhances safety when inserting or removing inner baskets. Above the jet tube sets a Flame Spreader for use when frying, closed position; or open position for boiling. A stainless 'Hose Guard' extends from the frame protecting the LPG hose from heat downdraft when using wide diameter stockpots. Also featuring a High Pressure Adjustable Regulator up to 10-psi and 48-inch stainless braided LPG hose for added value and safety.
